Managed internal and external communications for a $3 billion dollar global organization in the semiconductor and solar materials industry. Led the development, implementation, assessment, and refinement of the Marketing Communications Plan and all activities and projects relating to this plan. Developed advertising and branding campaigns, managed website relaunch, refresh, and daily updates with regards to creative and content, developed various sales tools, presentations, videos, and collateral material. Interfaced with senior and executive management daily, as well as a wide variety of people and organizations within and outside the company as a primary representative of the company.Accomplishments:• Developed annual plan, implemented budget, and championed cost-savings for projects such as PR, ads, product marketing, annual reports, corporate communications, video, collateral material, and media kits.• Managed internal communications, including messaging, presentations, newsletters, global conferences, and intranet. Increased positive feelings towards how company communicates by 65%.• Designed 50th anniversary celebration including history book, brochures, global celebrations, logos, branding, and promotional items.• Directed various methods of multimedia communications and determined how each method affects different audiences resulting in awareness increase from 2.5% to 27%.• Design and development of high impact advertising including copy, graphics, and measurement of impact and retention of multimedia ads. Influenced awareness of both traditional and newer media by 43%.• Designed measurement techniques and gathered feedback from ad campaigns, promotional campaigns, sales tools, industry events, and other tools in order to judge campaigns' effectiveness.• Directed legal trademark and registration policy of MEMC and determine how to effectively use advantageously.
