I have an extensive background in the hospitality and entertainment industry. I traveled the world for 28 years as an entertainer, acrobat and choreographer. After attending classes at a U.K. International tour and travel operator. I took a job a with the largest collection of U.K. tour operators in the USA. First as a Tour representative, then Supervisor and eventually the Training & Marketing manager for all accounts.With my hotel, tour and travel knowledge, I was invited to joined the Rosen Resorts family in 2001 as a VIP Concierge at the (800 room) Rosen Plaza and soon become the manager of my department. In 2006, I was promoted to the opening team for the (1500 room) Shingle Creek Resort as a senior lobby concierge. A trusted, professional who is consistently recognized for providing personalized world-class service and exceeding client expectations. I have a strong list of personal contacts and connections that I find imperative to providing remarkable personal assistance. In 2011, I joined Rosen Plaza Hotel as Hotel Manager on Duty. in 2020, I took on the additional position of Assistant Director of Safety & Security.
