Two approaches I have make me unique. First, I take a bit of a anthropological look at how the organization currently operates. Before I recommend changes, I really want to know why we are doing the current way. Second, I don't go into a new place and swap a bunch of thing but instead create a 5 year growth strategy of making the needed change happen.
