Senior Systems to Blackbaud Core, HealthMaster to Magnus, Senior Admissions to SchoolAdmin, etc. Added and improved syncs between Core and Raiser’s Edge fundraising software, Senior to FinalSite portals, syncs to Naviance.• The conversion from Senior Systems to Core was a large data conversion project and I took the responsibility to export as much as possible from Senior Systems, dedupe it with Raiser’s Edge, and import it into Core.• Also building queries and lists in Blackbaud OnSuite.Director of IT improvements included:• avoid random outages by improving the electrical in the server room.• avoid phone system outages by getting a new PRI, which also increased internet speed available.• Documented processes & procedures so everybody follows the same procedures.• Archived old and now incorrect information which saved space and eliminated confusion.• Moved a number of old servers to VMs and then started eliminating VMs by moving functions to the cloud.• Implemented a new firewall that really protects the organization• Implemented a new Wi-Fi network that will aid the school and students for years to come• Added our purchased dorms & testing prep school to our infrastructure (phones, wifi, networking, firewall).• Making a standard A/V setup in each room - the lack of which forces teachers to move projectors on carts.Varsity Softball Coach 2 seasons & Assistant Varsity Softball Coach 2 seasons. I took advantage an extended time to visit with relatives in Maine while searching for an interesting and challenging position at a place with a great mission. Since leaving Opportunity International, I have finished classes towards my PMP certification and have started my ITIL certification classes I am also working on my book ("the great American novel") and a Raspberry Pi application to turn a TV (your parent's and grand-parent's for example) into a digital photo frame.
