Senior Field Service Technician
Current- Perform end-to-end end-user device refresh activities at assigned acute Behavioral Health hospitals
- Conduct site level assessments to inventory existing end-user computing devices and peripherals, documenting make/model/serial numbers
- Provide overall recommendations on equipment refresh based on defined equipment and workflow standards
- Assist in procurement support by presenting equipment recommendations for review and approval
- Prepare purchase orders for approved equipment and monitor their status
- Coordinate shipments between vendors and facilities
