• Provides onsite technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues• Software troubleshooting involves Dexis, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Easydent• Helped to resolve issues within Active directory by moving and setting up new OUsfor our various clients in 2016 and 2019 windows server• Setting up Raid array for redundancy for on Prem servers, Using 2016 server and above.• Proficient in troubleshooting windows 7,8,10 and 11 using Eventviewer, Resource monitor.• Install hardware for all Dell products which includes PSU, Motherboard, power harness, Ram, Hard drives, fan replacement• Utilized Connectwise Manage as ticketing system to answer customer question and resolving technical issues.• Utilized Connectwise Control Center and Automate Control Center to remote into end user’s laptops and computer to troubleshoot issues concerning software and hardware related issues.• Manage Azure Active Directory setting up new users, installing Intune on company and personal issued phones.• Requesting Microsoft 365 licenses for clients to use O365 suite products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook.• Troubleshoot issues within Outlook, making sure the application is connected to the server or services, install addins, helping end user to set up signatures and forwarding email.• Involved and headed up windows 7 migration to windows 10• Run Cat5, HDMI and other display cable for TVs and various display units.• Proficient in GPO implementation, roaming profile set up and software deployment• Install Cisco switches Catalyst stacks, and SG series, installed templates andimplemented some trunking for Vlan.• Worked within the Sophos interface to deploy endpoint agents and perform variousperipheral lockdown for devices.• Maintained 66 block for Lan phone systems specifically for fax line.• Lead technician on project sites to make sure the job was done to completion andthe standards of the company.
