Kapil has significant experience in handling complex issues for over 20 years. He regularly advises multinational companies on a host of #engineering disputes. He has successfully represented and acted as counsel in various disputes in power and infrastructure projects. He has also successfully represented leading Companies in corporate fraud and white-collar crimes. He successfully represented a company in respect to the proceedings before the Special Court, Delhi and Supreme Court of India in the ‘#2G Scam’ and ‘Aircel-Maxis’ case.
