- Leading several innovative projects related to Payments & PSD2 for both retail & professional customers (cross channel)- Several projects in open banking: developing APIs to enable broadening the sales channels of KBC products / constantly looking for improvements together with Business Development managers / interacting with our partners to optimize customer experience of our offerings. Domains: retail credits, home loans, business accounts- Projects for third party services in KBC Mobile- Main focus in projects was business-oriented: defining scope, excellent customer experience, strategic fit, business value, feasibility & risk assessment, aligning stakeholders (both business: sponsors, risk parties, product specialists, fulfillment,... as technical: architects, analysts, developers,...), monitoring budget & scope, project team coordination, following up general development progress & project milestones (SDLC).

- Role as application manager for the Isabel application within KBC: involved in projects related to Isabel / Business Dashboard / Corporates with a focus on payments, defect / incident management- Co-facilitating nearshoring of application management: coaching/training new coworkers abroad & setting up best practices & quality checks.- Took up different roles in several projects as a 'project employee' for self-employed, SME & corporate (payments, PSD2, cashpools, invoicing dashboard, business accounts)

- Commercial role. Advising mainly retail clients on a broad offering of banking & insuranceproducts (daily banking, loans (excl. home loans), (first) investments, insurance. Focus on excellent customer experience.- Acted as digital coach for customers & coworkers.- Leading role in attracting new young customers for the branch in Sint-Niklaas - setting up & coordinating local initiatives to contribute to this goal.
