As a dual certified life coach, I've spent years empowering clients to improve their human experience and relieve unnecessary suffering in simple but powerful ways.Education through multiple coaching certifications combined with years of experience coaching actual clients has helped me to teach simplified and highly effective skills in the areas of:Cognitive approaches, mindfulness, mindset, psychoeducation, behavioral interventions, trauma informed approaches, breath work, skills training, the processing of emotions, ADHD education and skills, and so much more. Essentially, I look at every person as a unique set of struggles and strengths in order to curate a coaching approach that's specific to their needs. In addition to my life coaching certifications, my educational background is in public relations and communications. This, along with my passion for effective communication and building relationships, provided a solid foundation upon which to build my coaching practice. Training in PR and Communications expanded my technical writing and editing skills and provided platforms for honing the craft of verbal communication.As a Sales Associate, I learned Customer Service skills and the importance of sincere engagement.In Administrative Support roles, I utilized many interfaces to provide order and effective flow of information both within organizations and to the public. As a volunteer teen mentor and President of an organization for teen girls, I used two of the most powerful communication skills, love and listening, to help teens navigate life's challenges.All of my past roles and education have been important contributions to my ability to coach others effectively.But, my greatest education has been living as a flawed human being and the lessons that come along with that.I strive every day to apply the exact things that I teach to my clients, to do the work of becoming more empowered, learning new skills, and creating a better my human experience. Being human is hard and I want to spend my life doing all that I can to help make it easier for others. To teach them how to change their own lives.
