• Track project deliverables, status and timelines for the Methodology & Learning team across multiple channels to ensure established targets are met

• Manage access and documentation for intranet site (SharePoint) for all member firms; conduct verification checks with international offices to determine level of access and support

• Consult with clients, recommending best practices for set-up and key messaging to maximize impressions and retention
• Selected to lead teams of 3-7 people for recurring clients; responsible for delegating tasks during shifts, as well as tracking customer engagement and feedback to provide clients with data and reporting key metrics.

• Collaborate with client and marketing firms across Alberta to promote brands such as Sobeys, Air Miles, BMO, Peleton, and Skip the Dishes through experiential in-person marketing campaigns for audiences of 400+ people.
