Currently, as Sr. Director of Development, I am linking individuals and companies to Junior Achievement of Arizona so that they may make an impact on Arizona's kids. In this role, I report metrics back to organizations supporting Junior Achievement regarding the impact of their support. This includes submitting grant feedback reports, working with the marketing director regarding social media posts, and the education team for volunteer placements. I have stewarded nearly $1 million and independently have raised nearly $500,000 in fund and in-kind donations.

As VP of Communications and Special Events and under the leadership of Arizona’s past and current leadership, I planted the seeds of what has become a $1 million bucket. We started the now staple golf tournaments, The Women’s Golf Classic, and JA’s first $5K a foursome, the JA Open 4 Business Golf Classic. I also cracked the first $100,000 mark running JA of Arizona’s first fundraising event, the bowl-a-thon. We did all of this without cell phones and minimal email!
