These results include a 300% revenue growth, over a three year period, by identifying and building new sales capabilities for a cancer diagnostics company. In the area of mergers & acquisitions, John co-led the integration of an acquisition company’s Integrated Supply Chain organization and created a “Newco” organizational structure. This project included, organizational design, talent selection, change management and retention of key talent.He was also the HR leader for an enterprise-wide SAP/ERP and business process implementation. This multi-year project impacted every aspect of the company's operations from R&D through commercial delivery. In this role, he was responsible for developing and implementing organizational design, workforce planning and talent management strategies. John develops innovative approaches for talent and workforce planning and enables talent to move across business units to improve talent development and business effectiveness.
