I am a passionate and knowledgeable Managing Director at 360 Inclusive, a social enterprise that works with statutory bodies to ensure individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex reputations get to live their best life. As a former care home manager, domiciliary care provider, and consultant, I have a rich understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the industry. I leverage my in-depth knowledge and extensive experience to provide comprehensive services, including Good Life Planning, Support Brokerage, and Service Reviews. I prioritise inclusivity and tailored support to meet individual needs and empower them to lead fulfilling lives outside of institutional settings and as part of their local community. Through this approach, I help to reduce reliance on paid-for services and harness the power of relationships and having a sense of purpose. The outcomes of this approach are better for individuals, better for our communities, and make much better use of the public purse. I also work as a consultant and specialist commissioner/broker for the NHS and Local Authorities, working with individuals failed by the system and finding innovative solutions to break the cycle of ATU's, hospitals, and secure units. I enjoy learning new skills and improving my knowledge. I am always looking for ways to develop and be as effective and efficient as possible.
