    I established and led the 3D team on this project. Our primary focus was on planning, creating, and delivering high-quality, over-the-top weapons by the billions. I developed pipelines and standards for 3D assets while managing cross-department dependencies. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing an internal team of approximately five members in addition to collaborating with outsourcing partners, totaling more than 20 artists. • Worked closely with the concept team to further evolve the already well-established visual design of the Borderlands weapon system.• Established brand new implementation of the Borderlands weapon system.• Developed the team, tools, and tech necessary to achieve our lofty goals. • Prototyped material and shader system that proved out features such as rarity progressions as well dynamic wear, colorization, and decals.• Collaborated with design to visually support as well as pitch ideas for unique gear functionality.• Developed a global system enabling players to personalize their weapons and gear with unique, themed, and animated skins. Created all base and legendary rarity manufacture skins.
