I joined the Four Recruitment group on their graduate program and work within the Four Practice division of the group. Four Practice is a recruitment consultancy specialising in the recruitment of candidates within accountancy and advisory firms. I specialise in recruiting tax and audit roles for a range of practices across the North West. Clients include: Baker Tilly, Pierce and The Bright Partnership.We are able to match candidates quickly and effectively to roles enabling us to match any of the niche skills a client may require to candidates listed on our database.

Throughout my time at university I served as a volunteer reserve Officer Cadet with the RAF. Through our squadron I was able to undertake various training exercises and work through the training program of the RAF which included: team planning exercises, learning the different styles of leadership in demanding situations, and pushing my limits on adventurous training exercises. I was heavily involved in the Squadron’s sports teams and captained the Squadron’s hockey team for a year. This included arranging matches, training programs for players with differing levels of ability, and leading the team during matches. During formal events we hosted senior ranks and politicians in order to show them the work that we do for the community such as volunteering in community projects and raising money for charities in the Merseyside area. Whilst representing the RAF in front of politicians and senior ranks within the armed forces there had to be a high level of professionalism.
