About Daniel Sanders
Interests and goals include animal care, maintenance, and behavior. These passions have developed through growing up, visiting and engaging in activities to discover the wonders of our natural world. Have followed the path of biological, zoological, geological, and sustainable sciences since a young age; and these interests have done nothing but accelerate. In pursuit of more knowledge, had attended Cal Poly S.L.O. and have spent time volunteering at every given opportunity. One such opportunity was with the Santa Ana Zoo, and here I discovered a love for what keepers do while working along side the animals in that collection. I wish to move forward with my Animal Science, B.S. to work as a keeper, engage in animal behavior studies, write articles for peers and strive to be a zoo director.
