As a Business Process Management (BPM) SME with over 1.5 decades of exclusive experience in all major BPM automation tools, I have worked in several business domains and successfully enabled customers in their automation, transformation and digitization journeys. In addition to Enterprise Application Architecture and Solution Design, my main focus is on customer enablement and excellence by ensuring end to end technical project delivery through striking a right balance between the - time, scope, cost and quality. Responsible for enforcing and monitoring the enterprise policies and BPM best practices throughout the project execution. Also accountable for establishing strategic view of where the business is going and how technology is aimed at improving the business to attain the vision using Appian Low Code Platform.
