• Organized university's annual sports fest PROTA-23 successfully led a cross-functional team of 50individuals.• Skillfully directed and implemented 19 events across the entire festival, employing detailed planning and execution. Each event was carefully curated to captivate and engage a crowd of 1500 participants.• Managed and supervised a budget of lakhs along with due diligence of the expenses.
