This entails adjoining the clients in Elastic approach to the project via a vis the cost incurred to the time taken by the project.As our basic thrust in handling of projects has been on keen attention to all aspects of design, including the minute details which ultimately ensure a neat product, the basic concepts and the principal layouts are waked out by our team, followed by close monitoring of any or all the details worked out.For a given project, we undertake the following services.1. Discuss with the clients their needs, time frame and budgets.2. Prepare preliminary concept based on the above.3. Finalise concepts and work out details on the basis of feedback’s from the clients.4. Prepare bill of quantities and preliminary estimates.5. Finalised agencies in consultation with clients, award contracts and fix work schedules.6. Co-ordinate works of agencies selected to ensure proper flow of work.7.
