I was approached by the 2023 Singapore Premier League champions to come onboard as a U17 assistant coach, subsequently being given the opportunity to work with the first team as a performance analyst on match days and trainings. My present responsibilities include coding, tagging and recording on matchday and tactical feedback during trainings.

Aided the growth of the academy by providing industry insights and technical support. I was a key player in launching a Memorandum Of Understanding with Albirex Niigata Football Club (Singapore). During my tenure, I was also a key cog in achieving the highest accreditation from the Football Association of Singapore (Level 3).

As the club’s first technical director, I launched a successful competitive program by hiring and mentoring the first group of competitive coaches. Through introducing a talent identification protocol, I handpicked and developed the pioneer batch of players which in their debut campaign, surpassed expectations and won the ESPZEN J-League Division 2 title.
