Key achievements and responsibilities include:- • Geographically split the UK into target zones using demographic and key customer type information to enhance the sales teams targeting vision. • Created multiple training packages to train incoming account executives, new account on-boarding, and new networks. • Developed a tiered roll-out plan to stagger the release of the product into the market to create hype for the app. This was in line with the development stage of the app and as per forecast.
