i no longer work. i am physically and mentally disabled.i stay at my uncles in cumming ga.during the day,because i had a brain leak and i am scared i may have another one.i can not remember the exact date or year i worked at the waffle house.,ialso have diabetis,fibromialgia,a chemical inbalane,all these things causes my short term memory.i have to write down everything.

i have the dates wrong.my husband is asleep and it wakes him up for me to get my papers when i was hired.and the date the place i worked at moved to texas.and my memory got worse.my duties were picking,packing,quality control,training emploes,taking special traing,because i was the fastes picker for 5 yrs,and qc,packing with less than 2% percent error rate.i also sent out pacages to ups,when i did small parts,like nozzles,etc..things that go to a fountain machine,also i did other parts.i would put the package on the scale and the stamp machine would spit out the correct amount and i would put it on the pacages.i also gave pickers theire ordes to pick,some office work,and much more.that was before i got so bad with my mental illnessses,and health.
