Area of work: Accounts and Finance:* Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, projected P&L account and Balance sheet, actively involved in preparing MIS reports with the exposure of working in computerized Envoirment.* Responsible for preparation, supervision and finalization of the annual budgets of the SBUs and the company, managed staff of 7 people.* Conducted and coordinated company’s monthly and year-end closings, reviewed and supervised the day-to-day work of accounting department staff.* Have technical knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, Corporate Governance and Sarbanes Oxley regulations and requirements.* Involved in Fund Management and liaison with bank, Letter of credit and Bank Guarantee Management, Buyer’s credit Management, Fixed assets Management, Submission of stock valuation statements and preparation of financial reports to banks and financial institutions. Taxation and Auditing: * Preparation and filing of Corporate Income Tax return, and Indirect Tax returns including Sales Tax and Service Tax. Have working knowledge of tax issues.* Coordinated with statutory auditors for conducting periodic audits, evaluated internal control systems to highlight shortcomings and implemented necessary recommendations. Accountable for reviewing and verifying records, compliance with policies, procedures and standards
