I managed the implementation of new accounting software used to run the business. I oversaw the migration of existing data onto the new system. In learning the new system, I also had to learn the old system which consisted of a different accounting software program and D-base. Ran both systems simultaneously to validate the success of the new processes. Wrote procedures for each function to ensure proper functionality of tasks. Trained 20 employees on their individual computer job function on the new system.
