My research investigated the spinal circuitry involved in motor learning in pre-clinical models. Isolating spinal cord from the rest of the tissue. Using cryostat made thin sections of the spinal cord and immunostained these sections with appropriate antibody. With a confocal microscope, I captured high-quality images of the tissue and analyzed them using cell imaging software. Developed skills in: confocal microscopy, cryostat, immunostainings, perfusions, using cell imaging software
