My major responsibilities in this role are:- Development of PLC, HMI/SCADA, and Safety systems for process control and machine control systems for various distilleries and manufacturing firms in WA.- PLC & HMI Software development (TIA Portal, Step7, and WinCC) for S7-300/1200 Control Systems- Preparation of I/O list, Component List, Cable schedule, Wiring Schematics, and System Architecture- Testing, Installation, configuration, and commissioning of control system hardware, control panels, and control system software.- Conduct site visits and perform acceptance tests as per specifications. Troubleshooting of hardware and software for optimizing control systems.- Maintenance and troubleshooting of in-house data center equipment’s (server racks, chillers, compressor, UPS, generators) and making sure the equipment runs smoothly.- Prepare design documents for developing control systems. Review documents and drawings (autoCAD) from client requirements to develop and implement system requirements.- Project Closeout (O&M manual, As-built, financial closure).

Managing control system troubleshooting, maintenance, and production. My responsibilities included:- Troubleshooting of all SIEMENS S7-300 PLCs. Maintaining spares for Control system and LV Switchgear- Troubleshooting of pressure, level, & temperature transmitters/switches- Managing all production staff and operations. Breakdown and root-cause analysis to reduce downtime and improve efficiency. Preparation of production data and reports.- Prepare maintenance plans and schedules and ensure implementation of maintenance activities at correct intervals for improving machine efficiency.- Assisting the OEMs for commissioning of machines. Coordinating and negotiating with vendors/suppliers for the spares procurement.- Training and upskilling of the production and maintenance staff.- Reporting manager about site inspection, commissioning progress and KPI measurement.- Project Closeout (O&M manual, As-built, commissioning docs, financial closure).- Plan & impose maintenance tasks. Ensure all programs are implemented through the SAP PM module.- Develop specifications for compliance. Monitor daily stocks & yields, maintenance execution, and production.- Shift roster management (21 direct reports) and performance management for all foremen and operators.

Working at this position my major responsibilities were:- Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures for various components, including materials, electronics, and mechanical systems.- Design, amend and verification of part’s Mechanical drawings using reverse engineering (SolidWorks).- Installation of PLC, DCS, HMI and Safety systems for process control and machine control systems- Preparation of I/O Lists, Alarms & Trips Matrix, Cause & Effect Matrix, and System Architecture- Testing, Installation, configuration, and commissioning of control system hardware, control panels, and control system software.- Conduct site visits and perform acceptance tests as per specifications. Troubleshooting for optimizing control systems.- Engaged with the standards and regulations of the WP29 UNECE regulatory body, contributing to the successful implementation of 70% of standards during the testing stage.- Ensuring conformity and aiding in the adherence to the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the department (ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001).- Conducting technical feasibility analyses and formulating proposals/tenders. Engaged with quality assurance, system and management.- Familiarization with international standards that need to be complied- IEC: 61131, 61511; ISA: 5.1, 5.3, 5.4- Conducting meetings with vendors to discuss technical issues.
