Sr. Business Analyst/QA Lead – IT Risk Management – RBC• Part of a dynamic team in the Global Cyber Security department within the IMAAC team• Collaborate with both IT and Business partners to establish an end-to-end strategy for the Cloud Access Approval project which is addressing issues with Social Media applications at RBC through access controls• Establish controls for a CASB solution which best fit with RBC’s infrastructure and business model as well as fitting into the existing Social Media Platforms Hearsay, Sprinklr and Post Beyond • QA Lead for testing phases for Functional System Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Production Implementation Validation for the different social media applications as they become available for the Enterprise launch

Managed a team of Global Delivery offshore resources for the testing of Bell applications used by the residential customer reps.
