I am currently a Territory Sales Manager with Annapolis Micro Systems, Inc. where we sell and produce COTS signal processing equipment and high performance embedded computing for military and commercial markets. From 2020 to 2022, I was a Manufacturing Engineer at Siemens Smart Infrastructure in Grand Prairie, Texas. My projects vary from lean, automation, facilities, product implementation, and materials.I completed my OLDP experience at Siemens in November 2020. My first rotation as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer in Elgin, IL focused on Lean/SPS implementation within the production facility to improve processes across the supply chain. During my last two rotations, I worked as a Production Supervisor for Sample Conditioning Systems in Houston, TX running daily operations with my team and developing lean processes to streamline efficiency. My last rotation working as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer in Houston, TX concentrated on 5S processes, One-Piece flow, and materials management.In Summer 2018, I worked as an OLDP Intern with Siemens in New Kensington, PA helping develop lean manufacturing processes on Low and Medium Variable Frequency Drives. In Summer 2017, I worked as a Production Supervisor Intern at Textron Aviation in Wichita, KS driving improvement in their performance metrics and lean processes.I am a former student of Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. I also have the honor of being a former member of the Aggie Band and Corps of Cadets. My biggest joys in life are my wonderful wife, two dogs, family, and the great friends I surround myself with. I love staying healthy to help control my Type 1 Diabetes and enjoy being active with weight lifting and multiple sports/aerobic activities.
