At Counted4 Commercial I was responsible for driving the sales function, strategy, and business development of the organisation. I was focused on growing and developing the organisation. I worked with new and prospective clients daily, understanding their specific needs. I attended various networks and hosted a series of informative training events. My role included taking full budgetary responsibilities and acting as the commercial public face of the organisation, and Counted4 Group.

I was responsible for both inbound / outbound sales, and customer retention's. I was praised and recognised for my sales record, and many of my calls were utilised as “Golden Calls” to help train up new and inexperienced staff on how to improve their sales technique.

In 2012 I was elected student union president of Newcastle College to represent the views and opinions of my fellow students on a national level. I had full budgetary responsibilities and led a team of student executives in hosting yearly events, campaigns, and talks. I liaised directly with the National Union of Students (NUS) and attended the national NUS conference with a team of delegates to represent NCG’s student body nationally.

In tandem with my position as president I also sat on NCG’s board of Governors. I was involved with signing off and approving various projects and developments, and advising the board on the perspectives, concerns and requirements of their student body.
