Most recently I am especially proud of having been recruited into Mariott’s highly competitive Voyage program where, over the last 12 months, I've have had the opportunity to refine my project management, leadership and problem-solving skills and also became known as a solution-oriented, proactive team member with a strong sense of urgency and an unwavering commitment to guest service quality.My passion for the field? It all started with a bad hotel air mattress, an exceptional front desk service professional and an apology note.
