Current• Member of the Material Non-Public Information (MNPI) pod, supporting the compliance SaaS applications of Employee Conflict of Interest (ECOI) and Control Room (CCR)• Created certification documents within the ECOI test environment including workflow alerts and document request scheduling. Conducted testing of documents, alerts, and scheduling and then walked the business stakeholder through the creation of the documents in production.• Engaged the Workday team to update the handling of employees on leave. The change resulted in employees on leave being able to access the ECOI application allowing compliance with corporate policy to request trade pre-clearance• Developed the system analyst approach and test plan for the creation of new ECOI and CCR instances• Performed testing of custom reports against stated requirements and partnered with the vendor for any required remediation • Conduct reviews of vendor release notes to learn the new system functionality, partner with the product team and business to understand new features that they will use, and conduct an overview with QA team for scope definition and test script development• Create user stories and tasks, defining the criteria for completion and assigning story points, according to quarterly planning priorities.• Participate in Agile sprints and attend ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint demos, sprint retrospectives, and quarterly planning• Worked with the product team to improve requirements by discussing with business partners and within the team during backlog refinement sessions.• Create and maintain Confluence pages for MNPI feature releases• Partner with the QA team to ensure that test plans and test scripts provide full coverage of the business requirements• Collaborate with the QA team to address any queries or concerns during the testing of features. If necessary, create tickets to report any bugs that need to be fixed.
