I was responsible for strategizing, planning, deploying Business Process Management System, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM for Customer Satisfaction Improvement and Productivity Improvement. Certified trainer of MBB, BB & GB curriculum Program, The job involved Establishment and Base lining of Process Performance Metrics (CTQs & CTPs), Establishment of Process Control Plans, Process Standardization, Process Risks Analysis and sharing best practices. I was responsible for monitoring and driving improvements in Productivity, Customer CTQ delivery, End-customer VOC, Business Process Management System and Compliance Adherence.

I was assigned project responsibility for the construction of the Paint and Resin factories (concept to commissioning) and the Warehouse Construction Project. I handled process improvement projects on Waste Minimization, Asset Utilization, Energy Conservation, Spares Management System, Material Handling System, Pneumatic Conveying System, Utility Up-gradation Project, Environment, Safety and Health enhancement, Fire Protection System, Incinerator System, Pigging System Project and Faster Packing Line. The responsibility for project work included Project Identification, Feasibility Study, Budgeting, Project Management, Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering, Equipment Sizing and Selection, Procurement, QualityAssurance (ASME, TEMA and ASTM codes), Erection and commissioning. I was responsible for Quality Management System (ISO 9001) for my unit.

I was responsible for Project Marketing, Project Contract Execution from Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Erection and Commissioning for Hydrogen generation Plant, Fire Protection System, Tank Farm Construction, Agitators manufacturing and specialized projects.

I assisted the petrochemical projects with feasibility studies, technology evaluation, project finance analysis & site selection. I also supported the activity for government clearances and import licensing of capital goods.
