I had the opportunity to work with Guided, a start-up focused on virtual tourism. In my role as an intern, I created marketing and sales plans, contacted and managed clients, and conducted and reported market research. I also identified and applied for new funding opportunities, helped explore new markets, created pitch decks and business plans. To make the pitch decks and business plans, I needed to sort through data and information about Guided, written in Spanish. I helped manage HubSpot for CRM and sales and created an informational slide deck about HubSpot for employee training. The fast-paced, evolving start-up environment required me to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and address language and cultural barriers.
