With over 10 years experience working in the industry, I bring to Gemstone Gymnastics a level of professionalism and excellence. Primary duties consist of applying both child development principles and high-quality gymnastics instruction to each class. Part of this includes maintaining clear and consistent communication with each student's parent or care-giver. I routinely give trainings to other staff members, host special skill-intensive clinics, and go the extra mile in helping with the special events that are hosted in the gym on a semi-regular basis.

Principal copywriter for our boutique tech and design collective. In addition to fulfilling numerous administrative tasks-including finance tracking, scheduling, logistics, and team communications-I create clear copy both internally for our company as well as for our clients. I strive to capture the individual essence of each client and apply marketing and human psychology principles to achieve maximum impact. I also help with the operations offerings, implementing CRM and business management services for clients.

The Mission, Inc. Formerly Rancho de sus Ninos. With weekly visitors to the RDSN campus toping over 450 during peak seasons, my primary role was to coordinate all elements of the stay for each of the various teams visiting the campus. This included all communication with incoming teams, sometimes years in advance; collaborating with other departments to organize and create detailed and individualized schedules for each team visiting, facilitate transportation and visa procurement across an international border, plan accommodations, translate for off-campus outreaches, facilitate teams across our high ropes challenge course, conduct trainings, build rapport with donors, present our primary fundraising opportunity to teams, hosting teams on campus, directly overseeing our summer internship program, as well as other duties.Two of my proudest achievements during that time were procuring a $35,000 one-time donation to construct new housing on campus, and completely overhauling the booking and scheduling system for the Missions Experience Department using new technology and integrating multiple tools to create a seamless experience for both teams and our staff alike. Peripheral to this role, due to a recognition of my organizational and writing skills, I was asked to help overhaul the leadership and missions training school on campus. In this capacity, I co-created new policies and procedures for all aspects of school life, including how students interact with our orphanage children, and the key functions of the school itself.

Full-Time solo primary care-giver for eight boys, aged 9-13, as a part of the orphanage department at RDSN. Fulfilled to the best of my ability all care-giving duties for the boys, including making meals, helping with home work, mentoring and correcting behavior, helping with homework, bedtime stories, and more. While the boys were in school during the day, I completed my second year of The Mission's leadership / missions training school, and went on to a paid position hosting missions teams and facilitating the high ropes challenge course and zipline that was on campus.
