- Ensure Client satisfaction with the facility/property management by providing best in class service to property occupants; monitoring & increasing customer satisfaction.- Provide input into the development & monthly/quarterly/annual management & reporting of capital & expense budgets per goals & saving targets.- Provide input into the development & implementation of the annual management plan, accomplishing KPIs as identified.- Demonstrate effective vendor relations management, including: establish goals, performance criteria & performance reviews; maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors & the level of spending with diverse business enterprises; negotiate new/existing contracts; ensure compliance. - Nurture an environment conducive to a high performing & collaborative team. Mentor & enable training & development of team members.- Technical responsibilities: Possess a wide breadth of knowledge concerning facility management systems & operations.- Oversee staffing, performance management & development of employees.- Ensure compliance with JLL, Client & industry standards.- Develop, implement & share best practices/innovations that reduce operating costs & increase productivity.- Manage projects, Excellent planning & organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.- Demonstrate full End to End ownership for all projects & activities at assigned site.- Comply with all JLL policies & procedures, including but not limited to JLL Code of Ethics & Client practices.- Strive to “delight” the Client in all aspects of service delivery demonstrating a proactive & professional approach to the employee experience.- Serve as the Client’s trusted advisor to foster open collaborative communication, provide recommendations on execution strategy plans & resolve issues.- Credible, impactful communicator, operate with a “no surprise” approach.- Identify innovative ideas & supports their development at the appropriate level.
