As an evening production assistant, I helped Michael De Bonis, the producer of WOSU's All Sides with Ann Fisher, put together a two-hour public affairs talk show every weekday. For the first four days of the week that meant writing scripts for live shows, conducting research on the topics in question, contacting guests, and writing content for the webpage. On Fridays a repeat was aired, and that involved audio editing on Adobe Audition and working with WOSU's studio system to ensure the repeat pieces were ready for broadcast. Every Monday the entire team got together for editorial discussions.
