I did a 3-month internship in an SME specialising in the online sale of natural products.My principal mission was to reconnect with former professional customers who had not ordered for a long time and also find out why and how the company could prevent this type of situation.For this purpose, I first had to analyse the customer database then sort information to find which customers I had to target. The IT department and I decided to automate the process and created a tool that translates the data into a list of customers with all the useful information that was needed to reconnect with former customers. The tool was also adding a call reminder based on the average time between the orders of each professional customers to ensure a better commercial follow-up and fits customers' needs at the right time.Finally, I set up a call action plan to reconnect with all the former professional customers. I had to analyse and understand the reasons why they were no longer placing new orders and find possible solutions to their specific needs. Here is an overview of the abilities I developed and the tasks I've carried out during my internship : • Customer Relation Management• Management of B2B clients • Project Management • Creation of a new CRM tool in order to be more proactive concerning Business customers needs• Enhance the number of visits to the website for a better natural referencing • Increase the audience of the Facebook page with the implementation of a new marketing strategy (2-3 publications/week, related to the current actuality if possible, more interactive, catchy, game contest, videos).• Creation of short promotional videos (Social networks oriented)• Introduction to GDPR regulation (European Legislation) • Introduction to SEO management
