At Gerald, my main focus was on restructuring the architecture to accommodate two services through a streamlined Authorization mechanism. I also managed to significantly decrease the number of existing issues from 3000 to 600. In addition, I collaborated with the customer support team to promptly resolve urgent issues. Gerald, being my initial experience with a YC company, provided valuable lessons in terms of company culture and accountability, enhancing my skills.

Engaged in the development of Raena Connect, a B2B marketplace management tool designed for resellers. My main focus was on the MVP, and I successfully integrated Shopee into the platform. Additionally, collaborated with the team on enhancing an existing auto insurance product.

Played a key role in the digital transformation of value-added services, transitioning from SMS to app-based platforms. Furthermore, contributed to the development of telemedicine services by enhancing them with the open-source Jitsi Meet platform.

I designed and implemented a collaborative browsing mechanism to seamlessly assist customers with complex tasks through their browsers remotely. This involved utilizing technologies like websockets, Jframe, and canvas. Additionally, I made significant enhancements to the existing video/audio call features. As part of further improvements, I introduced an iOS app version alongside the existing web version to enhance customer support capabilities.

Initiated my development career as a junior programmer, specializing in constructing small backend services utilizing ASP.NET and Javascript.
