- Supporting daily IT common issues and activities.
- Follow-up helpdesk ticket from end user on ITSM Software (ManageEngine Servicedesk Plus).
- Conducting troubleshoot on problems/issues associated with IT infrastructure/system.
- Configure and maintain server on-premise (VMWare), Windows Server and Linux Server (CentOS & Ubuntu-based).
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure including access point/wifi.
- Hardening all infrastructure IT components (server machine, operating system and all software used in business operations).
