I am the founder and managing director of Sharing Seeds, a non-profit social enterprise that empowers local farmers and women in Nepal with organic and sustainable practices. I am also the managing director of Explore Evenmore Tour & Travels, an inbound tour operator that focuses on the western region of Nepal and partners with Import Promotion Desk, Germany, for sustainable tourism. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Anglia Ruskin University, and I am passionate about creating positive social and environmental impact through tourism and entrepreneurship.With Sharing Seeds, I have initiated and managed various community-based projects, such as organic bee farming & organic Arabica coffee farming involving more than 100 farmers and a women's group from Sarangkot village. These projects provide them with economic opportunities, skills development, and local employment. With Explore Evenmore, I have designed and delivered customized and authentic travel experiences for clients from all over the world, showcasing the natural and cultural diversity of Nepal. I have also collaborated with local stakeholders, such as government agencies, NGOs, and media, to promote and support sustainable tourism in the country. I have acquired and demonstrated skills in social enterprise, sustainable tourism, hiking, project management, marketing, and leadership.
