Joining a small but ambitious group of Nursing & Care Homes; I was tasked with overseeing the modernisation of the facilities, restructuring processes and driving sales and profitability. Working closely with the operational team to create a scalable “fail-proof” model. Under the new vision, we created a unique and competitive product, overhauling the facilities to compete with new purpose built homes. Our goal was to establish a scalable model. This required a radical overhaul of industry-standard structures and processes. Drawing inspiration from successful franchises like McDonald's, we developed our unique digital systems, employee training programs, and internal processes. The objective was to create an operational model that could scale effectively with minimal reliance on individual performance or expertise.The group enjoyed 32% growth on profits, and a 20.5% growth on revenue during my tenure.

Halal Celebrations is a designer and manufacturer of Islamic party products. Our product range includes, greeting cards, crackers, and more. I founded Halal Celebrations with a vision; to meet the unmet demand among British Muslims for vibrant and culturally sensitive products that enhance celebrations like Eid and other Islamic occasions.I was part of the Entrepreneurial Spark Incubator Programme, where I received 18 months of mentoring and enablement, I was also runner up in Young Start Up Talent for the South East.
