I drove the sales and partnerships for 321 Education Foundation. I acquire 20+ partner schools forming 321 Education Foundation's first ever cohort of the Ignite program.I was responsible for acquiring the schools for the first cohort, managing the school partnerships & to lay the foundation for future expansion to multiple cities.

I joined 321 to kick-start the development of the foundation's teacher training program for affordable private schools. I played multiple roles including that of a teacher coach, sales, partnership manager & field researcher.Over 2 academic years I led the on-ground implementation of 6 medium term pilots involving 20+ schools & 250+ teachers across 2 cities. This has grown to become 321's flagship offering : The Ignite program.

As a Teach for India fellow I worked as a full time primary school teacher for 2 years. I worked in both government school (Mumbai) and affordable private schools (Hyderabad). The familiarity with both public & private schools has helped me develop relationships and understanding with multiple stakeholders across both school systems.
