I possess extensive Cyber, AI, technology management and HRM experience in a range of industries including local, state and federal government agencies, commercial radio, television and retail. I have successfully developed and implemented technology solutions that have greatly enhanced organisational outcomes.I currently lead and manage a cyber security team, working closely with management, PMO, service delivery, networking and system engineering teams to achieve desired outcomes such as vulnerability management and reducing attack surface and I am currently leading a significant maturity uplift program.I possess a doctoral research degree, which examined the use of artificial intelligence to augment and enhance key management and HRM functions. Which resulted in greater knowledge around how organisations can co-exist with AI, enhance human led roles and augment work activities. I have contributed to many books, journals, conferences and presentations in both the AI and cyber security fields and as an active AISA member, I continue to contribute to the industry.
