•The objective of this project was to sanitise ‘Wipro star outlet programme’ in Hyderabad region so that WSO business value contributes a minimum of 20% of the total business and each salesman has 150 right set of outlets aligned in 6 beats•For the project, 8 step methodology was adopted where existing outlets were evaluated and were removed if they were not found relevant to the programme and new outlets were added to the programme•By the end of the project 66 existing star outlets were removed from the programme and 251 were new outlets were added. For each star salesman, all the outlets were aligned in 6 beats. Phone no. and addresses were updated for all 894 existing and new star outlets. •The star outlets in the assigned region contributed to approx. 30% of the total business•The percentage of value added by new outlets in the WSO programme (Q4) was 6%
