Senior Business Analyst || BFSI Domain

Role - Business Analyst Business Area - Business AnalysisMy responsibilities includes:• Business Analysis - Enabled change for moving from Waterfall model to Agile Framework.- Requirements gathering for US based retail client and helped them in replicating the same model for Canada, lead the entire change implementaion for Canada Geography• Project Management - Overall Project Management and Planning activities for US Based Retail Client for all business aspects.Organizing and chair weekly monthly meetings within team- Producing Frequent Reports to various stakeholders across the group along with key points and recommendations to aid decision making- Implementation of standard Agile in Project Environment• Requirement Gathering - Defining the business problems and primary object of Client Requirements, Identify and Validate the key business requirements• Gap Analysis - As Business Analyst, My job also include to identify the gap between the current and potential output of the product and to achieve the potential benefit using the Agile framework.• Client Liaison - Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from Senior Management and Executives with supporting research and recommendations- Create functional requirements in use cases. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
