Manage and handle Leasing for Business Bay, Dubai Marina, Dubai South, Jumeirah Village Circle and Jebel Ali. Assist the marketing team in marketing the units. Work closely with the Unit owners and keeping them well aware about the market trends and help them lease and manage their units. Arrange quotations from various contractors in order to get the apartment ready prior to move in. Find, convince and negotiate with tenants and prospective clients and have them comply to the terms and conditions of the tenancy contract and also make sure that the owner is satisfied with the tenant and the rentals. Contact and get the unit owners to sign either Property Management Agreement or Lease Management Agreement with us and manage their properties once signed.

Managed 6 properties (754 residential units and 4 commercial units) for the developer by doing new leases, renewals, payment collection, tenant relations, resolving tenant issues, tenant retention, and handled overdue collections. Scheduled work plans for the maintenance and housekeeping team in order to the units ready for the tenants. Provided the best After Sales Customer Service to the tenants to attain maximum customer satisfaction.Furthermore, also assisted the Operations Manager by arranging various quotations, assisted the manager in managing various sites and teams simultaneously, etc.

Managed smooth communication and operations between the management company and the Landlords. Completed projects in various parts of Dubai. Dealt with all kinds of clients through strong negotiation and communication skills and gave the highest priority to customer satisfaction.Managed the entire team in the building including the security, cleaners, and maintenance team. Scheduled their work in accordance with the move-in and move-out dates of the tenants. Made sure the building was always as per Dubai Municipality requirements and made sure all tenants were following and respecting the rules of the building.Conducted regular meetings with the Landlord regarding the building lease reports and also showcase a thoroughly done market study which will help the landlord to better understand the market situation and compare the performance of the building to the market. Finally, negotiate rentals and other offers as per market and building value with the landlord in order to reduce the vacancy loss.

Bwallet was a project introduced by Batelco in association with Arab Financial Services. Bwallet was the first digital wallet in the country where residents could use the digital wallet in their favorite outlets around the country.In accordance with the above project, I was given the role of Senior Merchant Acquisition Specialist to acquire all kinds of merchants in Bahrain. Conducted regular meetings with Financial Officers/Business Owners of both minor and major merchants and convinced them to sign up for Bwallet. Negotiated transaction rates with them and performed demo transactions in order to showcase our product from the merchant's POV.Finally, once the transaction rates and other terms were decided, I assisted the merchants with the necessary documentation in order to legalize the deal.

Assisted the Digital Marketing Manager in planning the digital presence of the company website. Wrote blogs about various countries, and designed social media campaigns, bulk emailing, Google Ads, and posts which would be further coordinated with the tech team to design it better. Further assisted the Manager in preparing a complete marketing strategy and how to attain more reach in the market via digital presence. Look into the highlights, perform an in-depth study of every post, and plan future posts accordingly. Finally, used Hotjar.com to make sure that the website was running without any glitches. Directly had to report to the IT Manager in case any glitches were found.
