Provide technical support to State TB Cell in routinely analysing the programme data and to provide timely feedback for programme improvement; Assist STO in conducting in-depth analysis and interpretation of routine surveillance data using Nikshay and provide input for development of contract management system/Public Private Partnership.Provide technical support for improvements in NTEP electronic recording and reporting systems tooptimise it for programme monitoring and reporting requirements at State level.Build capacity of State/Districts TB Cells in producing information from reported data and use of such information in programme monitoring and decision making.Assist State TB Cell in the preparation of quarterly and annual NTEP performance reports.Provide technical support, oversight and monitoring of financial management including PFMS, DBT and incentives for TB care.Provide technical assistance to State TB Cell for deployment of ICT based treatment adherence systems across the state.Assist State TB Cell in the monitoring of the programme using standard guidelines and indicators.Provide a monthly report and an end-of-assignment report in the prescribed formats on activities,achievements, challenges, and recommendations.Adhere to the organisation’s program management systems including timely submission of planning, reports, and weekly/fortnightly reviews.

Responsible execution and oversight of all C19RM activities together with supporting existing Unite to Act project at the state level according to workplan. Coordinate with external agencies as necessary for capacity building of TB champions. Prepare and share reports pertaining to C19RM activities with NPMU. Coordinate with transgender CSOs / CBOs at state level for identification of transgender TB champions and their engagement in a mentorship programme Provide inputs into the development of work plans pertaining to C19RM activities. Coordinate with district-level staff for all C19RM activities. Provide leadership to JEET 2.0 project‘s implementation activities by closely working with District TB officer, Private Practitioners and JEET project’s principle Interface between Private providers and Public Sector to ensure seamless implementation of project JEET 2.0 Engage with key stakeholders including the State PMU, prominent private sector hospitals/clinics treating TB, and the State/District TB Officials. Engage with key stakeholders who including the State PMU, and the State/District TB Officials. Represent TB Alert India in any key district/City level TB meetings/Training Represent project in any key District/City level TB meetings/Training Provide strategy to field-level staff and ensure they achieve targets. Support and participate in district taskforce/dept. in implementation of activities related to the vaccine communication and demand generation for COVID-19 vaccine introduction and rollout and promotion of CAB. Coordinate the development of communication guidelines and protocols on matters related to COVID-19 vaccine, program implementation, and policy for effective services and vaccine uptake in the district as well as promotion of CAB behaviors. Establish vaccination camps to vaccinate most vulnerable people with two jabs Develop a communication plan to sustain CAB behaviors and promote vaccine eagerness and reduce hesitancy and counter misinformation Organize float campaigns & making for dissemination of key messages on CAB & routine immunization at the community level Support in the development/implementation of communication and advocacy plan with engagement withstakeholders like elected representatives, civil society networks, religious bodies /leaders, NGOs, youth groupsand another potential stakeholder Support in roll out of Covid -19 Vaccination especially on CAB, roles, and responsibilities, AEFI, IPC/SBCC Skillsetc. for FLWs, PRIs, SHGs, youth networks etc. Organize district-level sensitization workshops/meetings for the CMO/DIO/District IEC officers, officers from the linedepartments, WCD, PRI, Education, and others with private doctors and leading physicians in the district. Field visits to monitor the planning and implementation of COVID-19 vaccine introduction, provide feedback at appropriate levels. Support the DIO and team and DMs office in data collection and analysis on communication activities for evidence generation Roll out of national and local campaigns, namely Poshan Abhiyaan, back to school campaign, swatch Baharatmission, ending child marriage, etc. Support district administration in development and roll out of communication plan of action for full immunization.

• Liaoning with district stakeholders and government officials like CDO, Medical Officer TB Control, STS, STLS andother DTC staffs.• Advocacy with different stakeholders at block/ district level.• Organize capacity-building workshops, training and review meeting for Health providers and co-ordination withthe CDO at the district level• Provide handholding support to the HA/SCT/TCs etc.,• Organize intersectional / department meeting in collaboration with District TB Officers and ICTCOfficials and joint meeting with CDO and CS.• Identification of TB suspects from the community and refer them to health facility in coordinationWith STS• Facilitate sputum collection and transportation to the nearby DTC.• Prepare and submit Monthly & Quarterly progress and financial report as per MIS guidelines to Head office.• Administrative affairs of the Organization of District label and maintaining the Supply Chain Management ofLASCP Tools

• Formation of (Water User Groups) WUGs and MHM groups as per set guidelines/norms. • Undertake Behavioral Change Communication / Community mobilization activities to create awareness about poor-quality water and its impact on human health in coordination with BCC coordinator.• Training of WUGs and other relevant groups on financial management, record keeping, etc. aspects• To undertake field visit of each tea estate on regular basis and monitor various programmatic interventions being undertaken by volunteer / community members• Help authority / Water Committee to get necessary statutory permission for land allotment, water source allotment, etc.• To maintain data in an effective way using excel & basic MIS tools.• To undertake awareness camps, health camps with school children and use them as agent of change in creating demand for safe drinking water• Local logistic management for technical equipment, material, etc. being used for the project• Document all the daily/ weekly/ monthly activities.• Support other team members and learn from each other• To undertake any other reasonable duties as and when required dependent on the needs of the project.
