In my role as Regional Lead for The Leading Learning Partners Association (LLPA), I am responsible for expanding LLPA’s presence into new regions and countries, growing our global network. I focus on:--> Expanding the LLPA brand into untapped regions and markets.--> Adding new members to the association and strengthening our international footprint.--> Supporting existing members by helping them increase business opportunities from the MENA region.--> Fostering collaboration among members to drive growth and shared success across the association.

As a Business Development Manager for Gulf Future Business, a Bahrain Based ICT Consultancy Group, I had the challenging opportunity to gain some valuable success stories to our portfolio. With some inspiring leadership from the top, I have had key strategic wins with ICT Projects for the likes of Ministry of Labour, TRA and Tamkeen.I lead and managed this project, not only as the key account manager, but also as relationship manager supporting the project team.I was also very successful in leading the group towards a Brand Building Project by active participation in many key ICT projects and events like GITEX, which helped us launch our brand and build some strategic relationships. And, lastly, I was instrumental in creating, building active relationships with large principles like Microsoft.

I worked in this role with one of the leading providers of Project Management Consultancy and Licenses in the region, with strong case studies from Industry's Leaders.As the Business Development Manager, my success was to build the Bahrain Office of CMCS from scratch, establish its Bahrain Team and Winning Large Accounts Deals for Enterprise Project Management for:1- GPZ2- HAJ3- ASRY4- BAPCO

I have had this great opportunity to establish a new office for Almoayed Group's Training Business, building a team of business developers and trainers and launch a Microsoft Certified Learning Center and developing it into a Microsoft Gold Learning Partner.I am proud of what we achived in one year, by building the entire team and winning one of the biggest training project ever with Microsoft - training on latest Microsoft Releases to the whole Qatar Government.This helped me received a huge recognition from the senior group management, as the Leading Sales Manager in the group.

I spent 5 amazing years of my career, which was also the start of my career in Middle East, with Almoayed Group. I grew here from a Microsoft Certified Trainer, conducting training sessions for some of the biggest enterprises in Bahrain, to Sales Manager for Bahrain Office.In my first Sales Manager role, I was instrumental in raising the bar of sales objectives by gaining some strategic wins for national level projects like Microsoft's Unlimited Potential, covering training for more than 1000 Bahrainis. This was the start of a round of successful wins, which helped us move from a franchise of NIIT India to becoming independent Microsoft Gold Learning Partner (first in the country then), strengthening our team and expanding to Qatar.
