• Bridge Inspection Project: Project management from planning phase to closing phase for the inspection of 137 bridges (85 bridges at Monmouth County and 52 bridges at Middlesex County) for NJDOT. Bridge inspection, structural assessment and evaluation, load rating using LARS, report preparation and submission.• Building Condition Project: Team member of Building Condition Assessment Survey (BCAS) team for 1500 public schools of New York City by WSP for New York City School Construction Authority (NYCSCA).  Coordinated with the architect, electrical and mechanical engineers for each school survey to measure the amount of repairing required with special focus on immediate reporting of priority conditions for the safety of school children. Building inspection, structural assessment and evaluation, report preparation and submission to project manager.

• Road Infrastructure Project: Team member of road infrastructure from estimating for bidding phase to scheduling after getting the project for Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). Coordinated with the client (GDOT) for the pre-bid questions after reviewing the drawings, specifications, and project requirements for $3 million-dollar road project. Coordinated with various sub-contractors for the estimate purpose and reviewed all the drawings provided by client to prepare detailed estimate for bidding purpose. Coordinated with client and selected subcontractors after work allotment and prepared detailed schedule on MS Project.
