My role revolves around the safe, seamless, and efficient operation of the plant. I operate in alignment with robust HSE practices, consistently upholding international standards DuPont, all while managing resources within prescribed budgets and schedules to optimize production outcomes. • Acting as a steward for DuPont PSM elements, diligently overseeing the adherence to critical safety protocols and procedures.• Follow up of maintenance and preventive maintenance of equipment through action items generation to interfaces on SAP and Opera.• Managing inventory with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the smooth operation of the plant while maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.• Improve Unit engagement index by bringing a plan for team building activities. Enhance collaboration of team MPT & NMPTs by conducting games & social events. • Expense Budget & Investment Plan (Urut-1), Develop and steward Expense and Capital Budget• Conducting comprehensive lab trend analyses to enhance plant performance and efficiency, utilizing data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement in our operations.• Implementing SEQ'S (Sindh Environmental Quality Standards) limits, OHIH (Operational, Health, and Industrial Hygiene) Manuals, and EMS (Environmental Management System) manuals, further contributing to our commitment to environmental compliance and sustainability.

• Conducted thorough study and analysis of plant processes and operations, identifying potential shortcomings in utilities and urea plant.• Implemented Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols on the field, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working environment.• Successfully tracked and managed the Turnaround 2022 greenlist, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing plant turnaround output.• Conducted in-depth studies on safety critical devices and their corresponding defeat procedures, contributing to enhanced safety protocols and minimizing potential risks in emergency situations.• Acquired knowledge of process safety management procedures recommended by DuPont, applying industry best practices to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents.• Familiarized with SEQs (Sindh Environmental Quality Standards) pertaining to effluent and gas emissions from the plant, actively contributing to environmental compliance and sustainability.• Proficient in the work permit system, understanding protocols and requirements for safe and authorized job activities within the plant.• Developed a fundamental understanding of the fire water network and its importance in mitigating potential fire hazards.
