Responsible to implement, monitor, measure, and report production schedules to ensure materials and capacities are available to meet the needs of internal customers. This includes management of all planning and production execution data including the creation of expense work orders, identification and management of priorities, capacity constraints, production monitoringAlso responsible for - Performing all deployment planning activities through the company raw material storage facilities.- Checking all storage facilities revolving stocks to have its minimum stocks and work on enhancing the availability within a defined reorder point.- Ensuring existence of Min-Max stock models according to the storage capacity and type of raw material sourcing mechanism (harvest season, local sourcing & importation)- Following up on all administrative responsibilities related to planning activities (supply contracts, purchase orders, payments).- Teaming up with logistics & warehouses to achieve the desired targets with highest quality on time- Close coordination with Agro commercial to execute required purchasing operations of raw material- Developing, reporting and following up on the Key Performance Indicators' score card to enhance team performance.- Following up on suppliers' performance.

 Responsibility: Supervise quality team sections (Receiving Inspection, Foundry, Machining, Polishing, Plating, & Assembly); measuring quality of part, process & product. Responsible for lead process quality activities to achieve Quality KPI'S (Not Right First Time(NRFT),Quality Main index (QMI), Reliability index( RI), Quality Cost , First Pass Yield (FPY) , Rolled Throughput (RTY) , Supplier Quality (DPPM) Problem solving Coordinator, analyze top issues across all lines using Pareto chart in order to define root causes, work with the champions to identify & implement the necessary containment/corrective actions and define break points in order to prevent issues reoccurrence. using Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) for acceptance, and calculate inward Quality index (IQI) for evaluate the suppliers. Involved with quality team to achieve Customer complain target Involved with quality team to problem solving using (brain storming )method Preparing Weekly and Monthly Quality Reports. Evaluation the team
