As an entrepreneurship I have investing on knowledge based and startup company (Wira System Pouya). I have started several business and education institute. I have started and led University of Applied Science and Technology in Golrang Industrial Group and I have worked as a member of board and President of University for about six years. I have led several teams to develop new business or improve it. I have have received PhD degree in Human Resources Management from Tehran University and General MBA from MMU. I have experience in quantitative and qualitative research and I have designed Organization Attachment model for employees. Also I have taught for more than 17 years. Some university courses those I have taught are Brand Management, Marketing Management, Human Resources Management and Strategic Management. Now I am working as Member of board and CEO of Gostaresh Wira System Pouya and Member of board and vice CEO of Wira system Pouya companies (both of them are Golrang Industrial Group sister companies).I have interest to know how the universe is working so I like physics and astronomy.
